3+3 PROGRAMS
The University of Memphis School of Law is proud to partner with select University of Memphis majors and select undergraduate institutions to offer 3+3 programs. Memphis Law 3+3 programs allow qualifying undergraduates to earn both a bachelor’s degree and a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) in six years instead of seven.

Admission to Memphis Law 3+3 programs is competitive. Applicants should have a minimum undergraduate GPA and LSAT score at or above the current incoming class’ 75th percentile. Interested students must apply to law school during their third year of undergraduate study, by the priority deadline of March 1. The Memphis Law application process is the same as for traditional J.D. applicants and will also require a memo from your undergraduate advisor confirming your eligibility for 3+3 program consideration.
