Dr. Kristen Jones studies OB/HR; "her program of research focuses on intrapersonal, interpersonal, and organizational influences on employee health and well-being. Her research has been published in outlets such as Journal of Management, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology and Journal of Organizational Behavior. Dr. Jones's research has also been recognized through grants from funding agencies such as the National Science Foundation (NSF).
