Do I need to buy a ticket for my student?
- No (with caveats...keep reading). Students can attend the Tiger Friends and Family Mingle for free when you purchase your Game+Mingle ticket.Students get in the game free (seated in the Student Zone only). If you would like your student to sit next to you at the game, you will need to purchase them a game ticket in your same section and level on our site.
Can I bring my younger children/siblings?
- Parent and Family Spring Day is for the entire family, not just parents. Many families will bring siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles... the more the merrier! Please keep in mind that all family members must have a ticket in order to participate in the scheduled events. Infants/toddlers age 2 years and under can attend the mingle and basketball game for free (must sit in the lap of an adult ticketholder at the game). Minor-aged children must attend with a parent, family member or guardian.
Why is the system forcing me to purchase an extra seat?
- The Memphis Athletics operates under a "no empty seat" policy. If there is a single seat on the row next to the seat(s) you are selecting, you will receive an "Isolated Seat Warning". The system will require you to either purchase that additional "isolated" seat to avoid leaving an empty seat on a row, or you will need to choose a different seat. To avoid this, be sure to select a section and row that has many seats available in addition to the one(s) you are selecting.
