Communications Assistance
Design Requests
Flyer and Brochure design services are available to SPH faculty and staff only. Please allow 10 business days for design to be accepted and completed. Timeline may be adjusted depending on scope.
Event Assistance Request Form
Submit a request for assistance from the Communications team for an upcoming event. Submissions should be sent at least 1 month before your event. You will be required to fill out an Event Assistance Request Form below which will include the following questions:
- Do you need a room reserved by the Comms Team?
- What building do you prefer? Second choice?
- How many people are we expecting/aiming for?
- Would you like us to attend the event/take photos?
- What time should we arrive to help set up?
- Would you like an article/press release written on this event?
- Will you be requesting a flyer?
- Target audience/who is invited?
- Only doctoral students, all students faculty/staff, campus + community partners and alumni, etc.?
- Where do you want the event advertised?
- Social media, weekly and socials, SPH website, TVs, etc., all?
- Sign-in sheets
- Do you need food for the event?
