Manali Ghag Joins SPH Inaugural Dean’s Healthcare Leadership Community Advisory Group

September 8, 2025 – Manali Ghag, DPT, MHA, has joined the SPH Dean’s Healthcare Leadership Community Advisory Group, which brings together healthcare leaders whose expertise, experience, and leadership will help provide input about the essential skills, knowledge and competencies that students should possess through their current academic program offerings, particularly the Master of Health Administration (MHA) program, housed within the Division of Health Systems Management and Policy.

Manali Ghag is a healthcare leader in the Operations Division at Regional One Health. She joined the organization in 2021, at the height of the pandemic, and played a key role in restoring essential services while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. 

With over 10 years of experience in healthcare, Manali brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, operational insight, financial acumen, and global perspective. She holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from a leading institution in India and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from St. Louis, Missouri. 

Manali is an academically engaged and community-driven professional. She is an active member of the American Heart Association (AHA) and previously led initiatives such as the Mid-South Heart Walk hosted by AHA to promote awareness of heart health and stroke prevention. She is also involved with America’s Essential Hospitals, supporting safety-net hospitals across the nation, and is a proud graduate of the organization’s Women’s Executive Leadership Program (Class of 2025).

Her career reflects a deep commitment to advancing system performance, improving patient access and experience, and enhancing organizational efficiency through data-informed strategies and compassionate leadership. Known for her strategic thinking, operational expertise, and ability to lead cross-functional teams, Manali is dedicated to developing the next generation of healthcare leaders and innovators.
