UofM SPH Dean Appears on WKNO-TV's “Behind the Headlines”

August 28, 2025 - University of Memphis Public Health Dean, Dr. Ashish Joshi, appeared on WKNO-TV's “Behind the Headlines” show to discuss the recent successes of the UofM SPH- initiated high school public health clubs, both locally and internationally. 

Each week, show host Eric Barnes and other reporters from Memphis media outlets speak with guests about the top news stories affecting the Mid-South. The show airs weekly on WKNO-TV Channel 10.

Dean Joshi also highlighted the UofM School of Public Health’s rating as one of the Top 100 Schools of Public Health in the Nation, rated by U.S. News and World Report magazine and other acclaims the school has recently received.
