Inaugural SPH CARES IMPACT Publication

July 15, 2025 - The University of Memphis School of Public Health recently published its inaugural SPH CARES IMPACT publication, highlighting the school’s vision of making University of Memphis School of Public Health as one of the most impactful schools of public health in the nation over the past three years.

The report emphasizes key areas of progress, including the formation of new partnerships and collaborations through signed MOUs, as well as the expansion of public health education in high schools nationwide via the SPH Public Health in Action model. This model encompasses the SPH dual enrollment program, high school public health clubs and hackathons — geared toward local, national and international students.

Additionally, the publication highlights positive trends in student enrollment, along with the establishment of new funding for research, research centers and labs. The SPH CARES IMPACT publication underscores the school’s strong potential for continued growth and impact.
