About Yolanda Flemmons

Yolanda Flemmons received her BA in Business Administration from Lemoyne Owen College in Memphis before going on to earn a BSN and MSN from the Loewenberg College of Nursing. She is currently an adjunct faculty member at LCON, teaching undergraduate nursing students nursing care of adults with trauma-related, critical health alterations, emphasizing the application of nursing concepts, knowledge, and skills.

Ms. Flemmons is a Registered Nurse at Regional One Health Extended Care Hospital in Memphis. Her previous work experience includes nurse manager positions at Quince Nursing and Rehabilitation and Grace Healthcare of Cordova both in Memphis. She also worked as an RN at Select Specialty Hospital, Fastaff Travel Nursing (rapid response travel nurse staffing agency), and in the Trauma Intensive Care Unit at Regional One.

Ms. Flemmons is a member of the Tennessee Nurses Association, the American Nurses Association, National League for Nursing, American Association of Critical Care Nurses and Sigma Theta Tau Upsilon Theta Chapter.
