Forms For Current Students	When to Complete
Change of Education Level	Change the degree level in your I-20/F-1 record
Change of Financial Support	Update the financial information in your I-20/F-1 record
Change of Address	Update address in your F-1 record
Change of Major	Change major of study in your I-20/F-1 record
Letter Request	Rrequest support letter for SSN application, proof of F-1 Status, and address confirmation
Letter Request: Graduation Invitation	Request letter indicating you are inviting family to your graduation ceremony. According to the Department of State, a letter of invitation is not required to apply for a visitor visa. It is not used in determining whether to issue or deny the visa.
Economic Hardship	Request endorsement to work off-campus based on severe economic hardship.
Program Extension	Request an extension of I-20 Program End Date.
Reduced Course Load	Request authorization to drop below full-time.
Add New Dependent	Request to add dependent (spouse or children) to I-20/F-1 record
Travel Endorsements/ I-20 Reprint	Request travel signature on I-20 or reprint a most recent I-20
Employment Information Form	Can be used to summarize employment information for SSN application
