Why International and Global Studies?

Most students pursue the major in International and Global Studies because they have a curiosity about the world beyond the borders of the U.S.  Some are contemplating living and working abroad, while others are wanting to continue their studies at the graduate or professional level (such as law school).  Other students want to work in a non-profit area with an international focus.  The destination depends on the student!

But students agree that the IGS major is excellent preparation for all of the above!
