About Julie Ahart

Prior to joining the University of Memphis in December 2020, Julie worked as an HR professional for more than 15 years and counting in both the public and private sector. Julie is PHR-certified and holds a Bachelor's degree in Christian Counseling and Psychology from Ouachita Baptist University and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University. She is a life-long learner and has gained valuable experience and insight from her previous HR professional positions with two international law firms in Washington, D.C., at Tyson Foods, Inc. and Arvest Bank.
