With over a decade of experience as a business owner and leader, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes to build and grow successful businesses in competitive, fast-moving environments. As the founder of Malasri Engineering, I’ve been hands-on in every stage—from early startup to a growing operation—navigating both the technical and strategic sides of the business, while continuing to learn, adapt, and mature as we scale.

Through this journey, I’ve learned that long-term success is rooted in clear strategy, thoughtful problem-solving, and the ability to communicate and execute with discipline. My focus is on creating systems—whether internal processes or physical infrastructure—that scale impact, increase capacity, and unlock opportunity for others.

Malasri Engineering has grown into a trusted firm delivering project management, land development, and utility consulting services. We're known for building strong relationships, thinking long-term, and moving with urgency. Supporting our team’s growth is a core focus—we’re actively developing tools and methods for better delegation, training, and leadership. When the team levels up, the business scales.
