The Vet Success Program is a tool to help carry out and ensure our First Sergeants Program is equipped to transition our military community to success with gainful and meaningful employment and/or entrepreneurial opportunities. There are five (5) pillars of success that make up our Vet Success Program, they are; Apprenticeship, Education, Entrepreneurial, Employment and Vocational Rehabilitation. SRVS is the largest non-profit in TN for people with disabilities. The Empowerment and Volunteer Intake Program strives to hire people who want to help people with disabilities live more fulfilling and independent lives. When referring interested clients to SRVS for a job, have the client apply for a "Direct Support Professional" position on the SRVS website and indicate that he/she is part of the "DTD program." Then, contact the SRVS contact and notify him/her that the application has been completed and submitted. SRVS will interview all potential employment candidates with a high school diploma or GED, can pass a drug screen, background check, and preferably have a valid driver’s license. SRVS will hire those candidates 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, can pass a drug screening, background check and demonstrate a willingness to work and are reliable. Clients may need to be stable in the Substance Abuse, Legal, Transportation/Mobility, and Client Relations Support Network domains before being referred to SRVS.

Manhood University
Manhood University, facilitated by a partnership with the faith-based community, is
a six-week program created to inspire men to build up their communities, find jobs
and create stronger relationships. During this program, participants will develop
