Kira McNeil, Manager of Marketing and Communication, works with CAS departments and administration to develop marketing strategies for the CAS, coordinating social media campaigns, creating photo and video campaigns to promote the College and its programs, research, students, faculty and staff; increasing brand awareness; designing and developing both print and digital marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, viewbooks, social media posts, web content; writing copy for press releases; and more. From the Interim Dean
Latica Jones, Director of Research Administration, is responsible for the oversight and direction of
pre- and post- award management, compliance, budgeting, and evaluation of research
programs and processes.
Roger Kreuz, Associate Dean, serves as the Dean's liaison to the social science departments in
the College of Arts and Sciences and interdisciplinary programs oriented toward the
social sciences. He oversees the Governor's School and the International and Global
Studies program. He also chairs the College's Graduate Curriculum Committee and serves
as the College representative on the University Graduate Council.
Ladrica Menson-Furr, Assistant Dean, has worked for the Dean's Office as an Assistant Dean for two years.
She serves as the Chair of the College of Arts and Sciences Undergraduate Curriculum
Council and helps facilitate undergraduate curriculum changes through the curriculum
process. She also serves on the University Undergraduate Council and is the Chair
of the University's General Education Committee. Her home department is English; as
such, she is the liaison to the Humanities Departments and interdisciplinary programs
such as Women and Gender Studies and AAAS. Ladrica also assists the Dean in undergraduate
grade appeals, enrollment analysis, and issues related to undergraduate instruction
and advising.
