Ag Consortium

The Ag Consortium at The University of Memphis is an interdisciplinary group of scholars engaged in research, education, and outreach related to agriculture in the Mississippi River Corridor from Minnesota to Louisiana. We are committed to research and outreach in the areas of regenerative agriculture and innovative farming practices for all farm sizes and sectors including livestock, row crops, and specialty crops. We represent a range of academic fields and disciplines from Engineering to Anthropology to Linguistics to History. We seek to support innovative and collaborative work with students, faculty, and farmers in the Mississippi River Corridor.
