in the University District
The FedEx Institute of Technology may be the center of technology innovation, but
we know that Memphis is bigger than just our building. To that end, we are excited
about the opportunity to help grow the University District into an innovation region.
Working with international startups, local nonprofits, and organizations of all shapes
and sizes, we are building the future of technology innovation right here in the heart

Current Community Partners
On April 25th, 2016 the FedEx kicked off the community partners program, an opportunity
for technology-oriented organizations which share the FedEx Institute's goal of making
Memphis the leader in emerging technologies research to come together in a spirit
of collaboration and connection. Memphis has more potential for excellence in technology
innovation than any other city, and we are committed to working with all of the organizations
in Memphis to realize this potential.
