Late Registration/Adds for Graduate Students

If you are trying to register after web registration has closed, visit the Registrar's site and complete the Late Add Request Form.

 

If you are trying to register/add a class during or after finals of that semester have taken place:

• When you are adding a class or registering during or after finals for a semester, you must complete the Statement of Grade Form
• Bring the completed Request for Statement of Grade form, Approval to Register after Late Registration form, Schedule Adjustment form and both Instructor Sign Off forms to Scates 107B for approval. Office staff will forward approved forms for processing.
